The supplier will be also prepared for the negotiation that is going to take place in the future and the right approach will build good supplier relationships. The technician’s assistance gives room for positive negotiation. The IT procurement department has a plus point as they have technical knowledge. The IT procurement tries its best to protect its interest by stopping all loopholes that can bring them into less advantageous positions in the negotiation. You need to be a very active listener that can understand the negotiation statement and tackle them within a second with some sense. During the testing stage, these skills help a lot.
